EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, UNWORN items can be returned for a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In this case, the cost of return shipping, including any additional charges, is entirely borne by the Customer.

Before sending the return, we invite the Customer to log into their "Account" and follow the steps to proceed with the return request.

Confirmation of acceptance will be sent within 24 hours, with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment or cancel the requested return.

If the return procedure is no longer accessible, it means that the return deadline has expired.

Returns shipped without a return number may not be accepted.

In any case, exchanges are not accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The security seal (tag) on ​​the items must not be cut or broken. The items must NOT have been worn, washed, or altered and must NOT show any signs of use.

The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind.

Each item must be returned with all certificates of authenticity, labels, packaging, and original accessories (hangers, garment covers, bags, warranties, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as external packaging.

Swimwear (bikinis, boxers, briefs, etc.) must always be tried on over your own underwear. If the items show signs of wear or are missing the protective transparent label, returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer.

Prices on the site may vary from time to time (due to promotions and/or sales). The valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be requested for the difference between the price at the time of ordering and the price at a later date for the same product.

RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED INSIDE THE BOX RECEIVED.

INA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

IN ANY CASE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SHIPPED FROM A COUNTRY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

The cost of return shipping, including any additional charges, is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

For anything not expressly indicated, reference will be made to the European legislation on distance selling.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the INA BOUTIQUE warehouse and after the item has been inspected.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers after approximately 15 days and will be visible on the next credit card statement.

The timing may vary depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

The refund may deduct any costs incurred to receive the package, such as duties or other costs, which the Customer did not incur but which are essential for the delivery of the return to INA BOUTIQUE, as well as the cost of the outgoing shipment.
