EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, UNWORN items may be returned for a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returns are free. INA BOUTIQUE will cover the shipping costs for the return according to the methods indicated during the request phase.

Before shipping the return, we invite the Customer to access their "Account" and follow the steps to proceed with the request.

Within 24 hours, an acceptance confirmation will be sent, with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment or any cancellation of the request.

If the return procedure is no longer accessible, it means that the return period has expired.

Returns shipped without obtaining a return number may not be accepted.

In any case, merchandise exchanges are not provided for.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The security seal (tags) on the items must not be cut or removed. The garments must NOT have been worn, washed or altered and must NOT show any signs of use.

The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned with all authenticity certificates, tags, packaging and original accessories (hangers, garment bags, dust bags, guarantees, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as external packaging.

Swimwear (bikinis, boxers, briefs, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. If the garments show signs of use or are missing the transparent protective label, returns will be refused and sent back to the Customer.

Prices on the website may vary over time (due to promotions and/or sales). The valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of the order and the subsequent price.

RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED INSIDE THE RECEIVED BOX or in an equivalent suitable packaging to guarantee its integrity.

INA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for defective merchandise.

IN ANY CASE, RETURNS SHIPPED FROM A COUNTRY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE WHERE THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For anything not expressly indicated, reference will be made to European regulations on distance selling.

 REFUND

The refund will be issued as soon as the return arrives at the INA BOUTIQUE warehouse and after verification of the item.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within approximately 15 days and will be visible on the next statement of the card used.

The timing may vary depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

Any additional costs incurred for delivery (such as duties or other customs charges, where applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

Initial standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with current regulations.
